Fitball X-1 is a program to introduce soccer enthusiasts to a new way of working out known as Fitball. This is where soccer is combined into our workouts to challenge our skills and fitness at the same time. In saying that, it has been built for all levels. All exercises/drills can be done at your own pace and regression variations are made available for less advanced players.

All that is required is a soccer ball, a few markers/cones (you can even just use socks for this) and every once in a while, a little bit of space to do some of the conditioning/dribbling drills. Otherwise, the full body, technical, upper body, lower body and core workouts can even be done at home. 

This 30 day program is aimed to get you familiar with the Fitball methodology; however, it will go far beyond that in improving your game and fitness. If by the end of the 30 days, you have stayed consistent with your workouts (which you will because they are so fun), you will most definitely see the upside on the field and on your body. After the 30 days is complete, you can repeat the program from Day 1 or enroll in soon-to-be-released Fitball programs that will take your game up a notch or two.
