5 Minute At Home Fitball Workout (Tabata Style)

If you missed my last workout, it’s your lucky day.

I completely understand that 728 reps sounds intimidating, especially if it’s been a while since you’ve broken a sweat.

So today, I have another a gift…a much more appetizing one at that.

But in order to reap the benefits, you’re going to have to trust me here.

I promise if you do, you won’t regret it.

Have you ever heard of the 5 second rule?

Well today, we are going to put it to the test.

Below I have a 5 minute tabata workout, Fitball style.

That means it combines soccer drills and bodyweight exercises to create a short HIIT workout unlike any you’ve ever experienced (in a good way!).

And the best thing – you can do this from the comforts of your home.

So here’s what you’re going to do:

      1. Count backwards from 5 in your head: “5, 4, 3, 2, 1… Go!”
      2. If you’re not already, change into your workout gear (shoes not required)
      3. Grab you soccer ball
      4. Find a bit of space at home
      5. Press play on the video below and complete the workout

And that’s it.

In 5 minutes, you’ll be scratching your head wondering how you’ve lasted so long without a Fitball workout.

Bonus points if you get your spouse/partner/child/parent/friend to join.
